More information on the procedure to book a holiday with us

  • For those travelling from the UK to France, rules have changed since leaving the EU on 1st Jan 2021. A summary in pdf format to help can be found here.

  • Remember we do not charge a single supplement
  • You can arrive and leave on any day you choose for our farm based stays
  • Prices are per night and discounted for a weeks stay
  • Prices are discounted for children under 16 and for non riders
  • Prices are often discounted for groups
  • You can pay in s or euros whichever is most convenient for you
  • Contact us at with indicative dates for your customised quote for your holiday

Terms and Conditions of Booking

  • In order to secure your booking a non refundable deposit of 300 or 300 euros is required, within 10 days of making your booking. We must receive the balance of the cost of your holiday no less than 35 days before your arrival. If you are making your booking within 35 days of your arrival then the full balance is due immediately.
  • After booking your dates we ask you to complete a Booking and Rider experience form. We ask that you provide full details which truly reflects your personal information and riding ability. This helps us to ensure that you are provided with a suitable horse and have a safe and enjoyable holiday. Of course the form does not replace discussing your experiences with us on arrival!

    The booking and rider experience form which you can download in either a pdf or a word format and covers the following:

    • your weight and height and riding experiences
    • your Riding Holiday Insurance details
    • your emergency contact
    • your travel details
    • your dietary requirements

  • Bookings may be cancelled at any time prior to your arrival by email. The cancellation date is taken as the date when the email is received.
  • Cancellation charges are as follows
    • 35 days or less before your arrival 100% cancellation charge
    • Over 35 days before your arrival loss of deposit only
  • With suitable notice we always offer you the opportunity to postpone your booking to a new convenient date for both parties without losing your deposit payment
